Ingredients:
- 6–8 ginger biscuits (about 60g)
- 3 tbsp milk (any kind)
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional – depending on how sweet your biscuits are)
- Optional add-ins:
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp golden syrup or honey for extra gooeyness
- Pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg
Instructions:
- Crush biscuits (crushed to fine crumbs – using a blender is recommended)
- Add wet ingredients
- Pour in the milk and melted butter (or oil).
- Add any optional flavorings (vanilla, syrup, spices).
- Mix thoroughly until it forms a smooth, thick batter.
- Microwave
- Microwave on high for 60–70 seconds.
- The cake should puff slightly and look moist but set.
- Serve:
- Let it sit for a minute (it’ll be hot!). Enjoy as-is, or top with whipped cream, yogurt, or a scoop of ice cream.
