Ingredients:
Pizza & Toppings
• 1 × ready made pizza dough
• ⅔ cup mozzarella, shredded
• 1 cup cooked shredded turkey
• ½–¾ cup crumbled stuffing
• ½ cup white sauce (can use shop-bought)
• 4–6 pigs in blankets, pre-cooked, sliced into rounds
• 4–6 slices of Brie (thin slices work best so they melt nicely)
• 2–3 tbsp cranberry sauce (dotting over top)
• ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
• Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) or at temperature according to the instructions on the dough packaging.
If using a pizza stone/steel, preheat it too.

2. Prepare the Base
1. Stretch dough to 14 inches.
2. Transfer to a peel/baking sheet.
3. Spread ½ cup of white sauce.

3. Load the Toppings
In this order works best:
1. Mozzarella
2. Shredded turkey
3. Crumpled stuffing
4. Sliced pigs in blankets (scatter evenly; don’t crowd the centre)
5. Brie slices placed evenly—keep some spacing so they melt into little creamy pools
6. A few dots of cranberry sauce
7. Optional: red onion slices

4. Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes (or 9–11 minutes on a hot stone), until:
• Brie is melted and lightly bubbling
• Pigs in blankets are crisp around the edges
• Crust is golden

• Add a little extra cranberry drizzle if you like
• Sprinkle with fresh parsley
